Once you make the exciting decision to have me as your photographer, you'll submit a 30% non-refundable deposit and sign a contract to make it official! Now the fun part can begin!

About a month beofore your event, I’ll send a quick questionnaire and an easy-to-fill itinerary template to capture all the important details. No stress—just a simple way to ensure you have the best experience possible!

The BIG DAY
On your wedding day, I’ll capture both the big moments and the in-between ones while making sure you feel supported, stress-free, and completely present in every moment.
STEP 06
Finish line
Within 48 hours of your wedding day, you will receive a handful of sneak peek images you can share with friends + family. You can expect the full gallery of photos between 2-3 weeks later!
FAQ
Do you require a deposit and contract?
I do require both a deposit and a signed contract to officially book your session. A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date and time, with the remaining balance due closer to your session. This helps ensure everything is locked in and ready to go!
How long does it take to recieve the photos?
It can take up to 3 weeks to receive your full gallery, but I know how hard it is to wait! That’s why I’ll be sending you a sneak peek within a few days—just a little glimpse of your special day to enjoy while the full gallery is being finalized.
Do you send every image taken?
You’ll get a handpicked gallery with all the best moments! I always send edited photos, not raw files, so everything looks polished and ready to share.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the better! Wedding dates tend to fill up fast, especially during peak seasons, so I always recommend reaching out as soon as your date is set. That said, if you’re reaching out a bit last minute, don’t stress—go ahead and get in touch, and I’ll do my best to make it work!
Can we keep our images private?
Your privacy is important to me. If you’d prefer to keep your images private and not shared on social media, I charge a Marketing fee for clients who would like to keep their galleries private. Let me know before signing!

Absolutely! Whether it’s a local wedding or a destination adventure, I’m always down to travel. Let’s make it happen—just let me know where and when!
are your packages customizable?
Absolutely! My packages are customizable to fit your unique needs and vision. Whether you’re looking for extra coverage, a second shooter, or something more tailored, I’m happy to work with you to create a package that feels just right.
is travel time included in the coverage hours
Coverage officially begins when we start capturing your event. Travel between locations and any downtime throughout the day will be included in the total coverage time.

Film length may vary depending on the event, coverage, and overall story captured.
What’s the difference between a Highlight Film and a Full-Length Film?
Highlight Films focuses on storytelling and emotion, condensing the day to showcase the most meaningful moments rather than every detail.
A Full-Length Film is a documentary-style edit that captures the complete flow of your day, including full speeches, the ceremony, and all key moments in their entirety.
